Blind Man’s Holiday

Greensboro Pale Ale

What is Greensboro Pale Ale? It’s a brew that hits the sweet spot between Pale Ale and IPA. We start with Maris Otter & Vienna malts to get a firm, malty backbone with hints of biscuit and grassiness. Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook hops give a satisfying bitterness and an intense aroma of citrus, flowers & fruit, accented by herbal & piney notes.

Brickdust Red

Sour Belgian Red

Fashioned after the traditions of the 18th & 19th centuries, when a working man's brew was meant to be sustaining, not light and fizzy. Red in color, slightly hazy. Toasty malt character with notes of raisins and nuts complimented by fruity esters and some subtle peppery phenols and balanced out by clean tartness. 5.7% ABV

Chanson de Boheme

French Blonde

The French yeast strain imparts moderate esters reminiscent of bananas and apricots that linger over herbal and spicy hop flavors, with a touch of lemon. A healthy portion of raw wheat helps to balance these flavors with a light and earthy-crisp, bicuity malt character. A seriously refreshing beer.

Cherchez La Femme

Milk Stout

Ten malts give unsurpassed richness & complexity and full, creamy body. Premium Pale malt is soft & clean. Black Malt, Crystal, Bonlander Munich, and Special Roast malts layer in roast, caramel, chocolate, and coffee. It's balanced with mellow sweetness from milk sugar. The aroma is malt-forward, with a whisper of herbaceous & minty Fuggle hops.

Fickle Fortune

Belgian Tripel

A pleasingly carbonated, aromatic Tripel that feels creamy but finishes dry. Deceptively drinkable. Hints of white pepper, pear and mandarin orange with a light honey sweetness. 9.5%

This clean, refreshing farmhouse style beer has a wonderful spicy aroma, with citrus and pepper predominating. The silky, rich mouthfeel finishes nice and dry with a pleasing alcohol warmth.

Medley of Moods

SILVER MEDAL WINNER Great American Beer Festival
Brewed with 40% wheat, this is an easy drinking beer with a nose that is citrus, floral and herbal, with a touch of clean, almost minty, spiciness. Maximum refreshment for those hot summer days!

This beer has a huge tropical fruit aroma. The potent floral hop flavor is dominated by citrus and pine contributed by Mosaic and Crystal hops. You'll also taste smooth caramel, toasty biscuit, and graham cracker flavors from the Munich and Crystal malts, with a yeast-derived dry and fruity finish.

Oktober & Marz

Oktoberfest Lager

Copper in color, with toasty, rich, malt-driven flavors from Munich and Vienna malts, and balanced bitterness from German noble hops. Very crisp, and very sessionable
at 5.7 percent ABV. Tends to improve as it warms, with more discernible malt and a touch of sweetness, making it ideal for hours-long beer garden sessions.

Shearing the Wolf

Shearing the Wolf is a West Coast style dry IPA. It hits the nose with intense floral and citrus aromas, and a touch of pine and grapefruit. The bold hop flavor and bitterness is balanced by a strong malt backbone.

The Guilty Party

Gold Medal - GABF 2015. This charmingly drinkable brew is a pleasure to share with friends old and new. Pleasingly full-bodied, it achieves a nice balance of caramelly, nutty, biscuity maltiness, and smooth but assertive bitterness. The premium English and Belgian malt comes through nicely in the nose, along with floral Indie Golding hops, and a wonderful fruitiness from the traditional English yeast.

The Harbinger

Winter Warmer

Brewed with molasses and a touch of vanilla. Deep ruby brown. Aroma of sweet dark fruit. Hint of caramel. 6.7% ABV.

Imperial Berliner Weisse

This Imperial Berliner comes in at 5.7% ABV, versus 3% for more traditional Berliners. The grain bill includes an ample portion of wheat and German Pilsner malts and the beer is fermented with our house ale strain and Lactobacillus delbrueckii, which imparts a crisp and refreshing tartness that goes well with the subtle citrusy hop notes.
